This is residential building for families in a residential area.

Dividing the building into two volumes by strong regulations of height is the solution.

To create an agora where residents would gather and have a joy, one of the volumes is slanted by 15 degrees which results in gaining one more floor following the rules.

The square surrounded by the diagonal volumes is centripetal space.

Corridors that function as paths or rojis are placed around the agora, and the bridges connects two volumes are placed above the agora.
