This is a house on a hilltop near Lake Biwa, the most famous lake in Japan.

Two volumes are stacked, creating terraces of each floor which is connected each other by voids. These terraces function as natural agora for people.

The void in the lapped volume is totally covered by glasses that bring the view of the lake into the inner spaces.

This is a house here one enjoys the view of the lake and that is only built in this site where one enjoys the scenery of the lake, mountains, and wildlife nature.
