Located in the central district of the city, this office building is designed with a concept of integrating design, structure, and engineering.

The volume of a pyramid is mainly sustained by four pairs of plate columns.

These plate columns symbolize the building as well as contribute to the improvement of energy efficiency by shedding sunlight and preventing it from going through the double skin glasses.

To resist earthquakes, the columns are bound in five places.

These places become sky terraces “SKY HAT” which provide views to the city and effectively cut sunlight like brise‐soleils to highly improve the energy efficiency.

This striking silhouette with “SKY HAT” represents a new way of engineering with sustainability and become a new symbol for the city.
